Lord Mayor Opens Path

- From the Yorkshire Evening Post, Newsfile

The Lord Mayor of Leeds, Councillor Chris Townsley, will officially open a new pathway through Gledhow Valley Woods tomorrow. It runs for approximately half a mile from Gledhow Lane to Allerton Grange Way. It has been built mainly by volunteers from the Friends of Gledhow Valley Woods with extra resources from the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers, and was funded by Green Leeds and ward councillors.
