	Action Day	Saturday 22nd November 2003 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet at the old car park on Gledhow Valley Road, at the junction with Gledhow Park Drive. Forestry Officer Justim Williamson will be attending to give guidance on the principles of tree management. Other activities will include litter picking, footpath clearance and disposal of cuttings.

	Action Day	Sunday 26th October 2003 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet at the old car park on Gledhow Valley Road, at the junction with Gledhow Park Drive. To concentrate on planting bulbs throughout the woods.

	Action Day	Wednesday 15th October 2003 (9.30am-4.00pm) Meet 50 yards down Gledhow Valley Road from Allerton Grange Way (at lamppost 25). To concentrate on footpath construction and litter picking. This is an extra Action Day, and staff from the Leeds Tax Office will be coming to lend a hand.

	Family Funday	Saturday 17th May 2003 Location: Grassland area adjacent to Gledhow Valley Road and Allerton Grange Way. Marquees with displays, live music, home-made refreshments, circus skills workshop, face painting, "mini beasts", bats and other wildlife guests, build a bird box, drum workshop, t-shirt decorating, local community group displays, create your own "meadow in a pot", make wind chimes, wishing sticks, etc.
	Flower Walk	Wednesday 7th May 2003 (6.45pm) Led by Phil Abbot, local botanist. Please meet at the old car park on Gledhow Valley Road, at the junction with Gledhow Park Drive.
	Action Day	Saturday 26th April 2003 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet at the Towncare sewer outflow worksite on Gledhow Valley Road where the stream flows under the road. Activities to include footpath improvement, litter picking and more pruning of encroaching plants.
