	FGVW Pop-Up Stall in Chapel Allerton	Saturday 9 December 2017 (10.00am-12.00pm) There will be an FGVW pop-up stall in Chapel Allerton promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods and the Group itself.

	Action Day	Sunday 19 November 2017 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet in the meadow at the end of the lake on Gledhow Valley Road. Activities to include meadow scything and raking, tree thinning and litter picking.
	Oakwood Farmers Market	Saturday 18 November 2017 (9.00am-12.30pm) There will be an FGVW stall at the event promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods and the Group itself.

	Bath House Open Day	Sunday 10 September 2017 (1.30-4.30pm) The Gipton Spa Bath House on Gledhow Valley Road will be open to the public under the supervision of FGVW members. There will also be refreshments and an FGVW stall promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, coasters, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods, etc.
	Chapel Allerton Arts Festival Stalls	Saturday 2 September 2017 (9.00am-5.00pm) Sunday 3 September 2017 (10.00am-4.00pm) There will be an FGVW stall at the event promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, coasters, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods, etc. We will also have a separate book stall, also raising money for the Group.

	Field Open Day	Sunday 16 July 2017 (2.00pm-4.00pm) Location: The newly acquired field on Gledhow Valley Road. Expert volunteers will be present to talk about the plant and animal life to be found in the field, as well as to explain what will be happening to it. There will also be refreshments and an FGVW stall promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, coasters, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods, etc.

	18th Annual Family FunDay	Saturday 17 June 2017 (1.30-5.00pm) Location: Grassland area adjacent to Gledhow Valley Road & Allerton Grange Way. Loads to do and see for the whole family including animal visitors from Morley Exotic Animal Rescue, Matthew Tiffany - Juggler Extraordinaire, live music from Cawthorne Brass Band, Atkinson Animal Antics Birds of Prey, Jonty the Magician, Bees & Beekeeping, Plant Sale, Book Stall, Face Painting, Parachute Games, Wheel of Fortune, Grand Raffle, Tin Can Alley, Firefighters, Clay Modelling, Bird Box Making, Start Birdwatching, FGVW Gifts, Home-made Refreshments, and much more!
	Chapel Allerton Open Gardens	Sunday 11 June 2017 (1.00-5.00pm) Location: A walkable trail spanning Allerton Park, Gledhow Park Road, Montreal Avenue, King George Avenue and a few in between. Chapel Allerton gardeners invite you into their gardens, off the beaten track, to share ideas and sneak a peak at the wonderful views of Gledhow Valley. Produce may be available to buy at some gardens. All proceeds to St Gemma's Hospice and Friends of Gledhow Valley Woods. Maps will be available at community events in the run up to the event and on the website. All open gardens will be identified by balloons on gates.

	General Meeting*	Friday 24 March 2017 (7.30pm) Three Hulats Pub, 13 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton This replaces the normal Annual General Meeting of previous years as the first official AGM of the new CIO is not due to be held until the period 1 January 2018 - 31 March 2018, to accord with Charity Commission requirements. As a consequence, the main business of the meeting will be the election of new trustees, although the final accounts for FGVW as an unincorporated organisation for the period up to 10 October 2016 (the day preceding the date of incorporation) will be presented along with the Chair's Report on activity during the year. We hope to see you there.
