	Action Day	Sunday 25 November 2018 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet at the junction of Gledhow Lane and Gledhow Valley Road. Activities to include tree thinning, bramble clearance, bulb planting and litter picking.
	Oakwood Artisan & Craft Market	Saturday 24 November 2018 (10.00am-3.00pm) There will be an FGVW stall at the event promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods and the Group itself.
	FGVW Pop-Up Stall	Saturday 24 November 2018 (10.00am-1.00pm) There will be an FGVW stall at the Co-op supermarket in Chapel Allerton promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods and the Group itself.

	Action Day	Sunday 28 October 2018 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet at the Bath House on Gledhow Valley Road. Activities to include planting, beech thinning, general tidying around the Bath House and litter picking.

	Action Day	Sunday 30 September 2018 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet in the meadow at the end of the lake on Gledhow Valley Road. Activities to include meadow cutting and raking, rhododendron thinning and litter picking.

	Bath House Open Day	Sunday 9 September 2018 (1.30-4.30pm) The Gipton Spa Bath House on Gledhow Valley Road will be open to the public under the supervision of FGVW members. There will also be refreshments and an FGVW stall promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods, etc.
	Chapel Allerton Arts Festival Stalls	Saturday 1 September 2018 (11.00am-5.30pm, tbc) Sunday 2 September 2018 (10.00am-4.00pm, tbc) There will be an FGVW stall at the event promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, coasters, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods, etc. We will also have a separate book stall, also raising money for the Group.
	Action Day	Sunday 5 August 2018 (9.45am-12.00pm) Please meet at the Bath House on Gledhow Valley Road. Activities to include Bath House maintenance, balsam bashing, work on the field and litter picking.

	Meadow Open Day	Saturday 7 July 2018 (1.00-4.00pm) Location: The newly acquired field on Gledhow Valley Road. Expert volunteers will be present to talk about the plant and animal life to be found in the field, as well as to explain what is happening to it. There will also be refreshments, activities and an FGVW stall promoting the group, selling merchandise (including gifts, mugs, coasters, Christmas cards, greetings cards, etc.), and providing general information about the woods, etc.
	19th Annual Family FunDay	Saturday 16 June 2018 (1.30-5.00pm) Location: Grassland area adjacent to Gledhow Valley Road & Allerton Grange Way. Loads to do and see for the whole family including Matthew Tiffany - Juggler Extraordinaire, live music from Altofts and Normanton Brass Band, Bees & Beekeeping, Plant Sale, Circus Skills, Tin Can Alley, Book Stall, Tombola, Face Painting, Parachute Games, Grand Raffle, Firefighters, Clay Modelling, Bird Box Making, Start Birdwatching, FGVW Gifts, Home-made Refreshments, and much more!

	Annual General Meeting*	Tuesday 27 March 2018 (7.30pm) Gledhow Sports & Social Club, Gledhow Lane (opposite Lambert Avenue). The AGM is held to receive annual reports and to elect officers and trustees only. All other business is dealt with at our regular Steering Group meetings.
